PrintHawk.in is a provider of customized corporate and promotional products, including but not limited to printed merchandise, branded gifts, and personalized items for businesses and individuals.

  • By placing an order on our platform, you authorize PrintHawk.in to process your order and arrange for its delivery to the address provided by you.
  • We may communicate with you regarding your order, promotions, or updates via phone call, WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
  • If you wish to opt out of any form of communication, you may inform us directly and we will update your preferences accordingly.

3. Pricing & Taxation

  • All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian tax regulations.
  • GST rates may vary depending on the product category as defined by the Government of India.
  • KS Enterprises is fully compliant with all applicable GST regulations and maintains proper documentation for all taxable transactions.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours of confirmation and payment.
  • Estimated delivery timelines range from 4 to 10 working days, depending on the delivery location and product type.
  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by factors including but not limited to: incorrect or incomplete delivery address, public holidays, courier delays, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • In the event of a failed delivery or returned shipment due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept), applicable shipping and handling charges may still be levied.

5. Cancellation & No Return Policy

  • Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as production begins immediately.
  • Minor modifications to an order (such as spelling corrections or minor design adjustments) may be requested within 2 hours of order placement. However, such changes are subject to feasibility and are not guaranteed.
  • Since all our products are custom-made and personalized to individual specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

6. Product Availability

  • Products are delivered as displayed on our website, subject to availability at the time of order.
  • In the event that a specific product or material becomes unavailable after your order is placed, our team will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives or revised delivery timelines.
  • Where necessary, PrintHawk.in may substitute a product or material with one of equivalent or higher value and similar quality, ensuring that the overall standard of your order is maintained.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • PrintHawk.in shall not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction arising from subjective expectations regarding product appearance, colour variation due to screen display differences, or perceived quality that differs from personal preference.
  • We are not liable for delivery failures or damages caused by incorrect details provided by the customer or issues arising at the recipient's end.
  • In all cases, our maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the product(s) purchased in the relevant transaction.
  • Our products and services are provided without any implied warranties beyond the commitments explicitly stated in these Terms & Conditions.

8. Brand Disclaimer

  • PrintHawk.in has no official affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or association with any third-party brand, company, or trademark owner.
  • References to product types such as T-shirts, caps, mugs, or similar items on our website refer solely to the style, type, and customization of the product — not to any branded manufacturer.
  • All raw materials and finished products are independently sourced and are not affiliated with any specific brand unless explicitly stated.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, brand names, logos, and intellectual property referenced on this website belong exclusively to their respective owners.
  • KS Enterprises does not claim ownership over any third-party trademarks or intellectual property. Any such references are made solely for descriptive or illustrative purposes.
  • The original content, designs, and materials created by PrintHawk.in remain the intellectual property of PrintHawk.in.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Replacement Policy

PrintHawk.in offers replacements only under the following specific conditions:

  • The product received is physically damaged during transit, or
  • The product delivered is incorrect (i.e., does not match the confirmed order specifications).

Mandatory Requirement – Unboxing Video:

  • To be eligible for a replacement claim, customers must provide a complete and unedited video of the unboxing process.
  • The video must clearly capture: the sealed condition of the packaging before opening, the full unboxing process without any cuts or edits, and the condition of the product upon opening.
  • Replacement claims submitted without a valid unboxing video, or with an edited or incomplete video, will not be entertained under any circumstances.
