1. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. However, due to the nature of our customized products, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact us via Phone or WhatsApp with their order details within the stipulated time.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
  • Customized or personalized product orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed, as production begins immediately.

2. Replacement Policy

We take quality seriously. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, the following conditions must be met for a replacement request to be considered:

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory — recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened to the final product reveal. This is non-negotiable.
  • Without video proof, no complaint will be entertained under any circumstances.
  • Replacement is only applicable for damaged or defective products received at the time of delivery.
  • The issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
  • Replacement will be processed after verification of the submitted proof and assessment by our team.
  • Shipping charges may apply for the replacement shipment, depending on the nature of the issue.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact at the time of reporting.
  • No returns are accepted, as all products are customized and cannot be resold.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows:

  • No refunds are applicable on any orders, as all products are made-to-order and personalized.
  • Orders cannot be refunded once processing or customization has commenced.
  • In the event of a defect or error caused by our team, the customer must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery with valid proof (unboxing video).
  • In such cases, the resolution will be limited to a replacement or correction only — no monetary refund will be issued.

4. Important Notes

  • No refunds or replacements will be provided for a change of mind after placing the order.
  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong name, spelling, design details, etc.).
  • Customers are solely responsible for verifying all customization details — including spelling, design, size, and colour — before confirming and placing the order.
