What file formats do you accept for artwork uploads?

We highly recommend uploading high-resolution vector files like PDF, AI, or EPS for the cleanest print results. We also accept high-resolution PNG and JPEG files. Please ensure the file size is under 20MB.

How long does bulk printing and shipping take?

Our standard production turnaround is 7 to 10 business days from mockup approval. Shipping times depend on your location, but generally take an additional 3 to 5 business days. Express options are available for urgent corporate events—please contact us on WhatsApp for rush orders.
