At PrintHawk.in, we are committed to delivering your customized printing and corporate gift orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Overview
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation for online paid orders.
- Delivery is typically completed within 5–8 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Express delivery to major cities is available within 3–6 working days.
2. Unboxing Requirement
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory — from the sealed package to the final product — at the time of delivery.
- Without a valid unboxing video as proof, no complaints will be accepted under any circumstances.
- We strongly recommend recording the unboxing video before opening the package to protect your interests.
3. Shipping Schedule
- Orders are shipped throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays.
- All dispatches are made during normal working hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 5 PM).
4. Courier Partners
- We ship through trusted and reliable courier partners including DTDC, Blue Dart, Shiprocket and Delhivery.
- In areas where standard courier services are unavailable, orders may be shipped via India Post (delivery timelines via India Post are not guaranteed).
5. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
- Shipping charges remain the same regardless of the number of items in your order.
- All prices are inclusive of GST and fully compliant with Indian tax regulations.

Note: Customers in remote or difficult-to-access areas may be required to collect their parcels from the nearest courier service center.
7. Damaged Product Handling
- If the product or its packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please record an unboxing video immediately before opening the package.
- Report the issue immediately with your order details, photographs, and the unboxing video.
- After verification, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
- Original packaging and tags must be intact for reverse pickup to be processed.
